Songs To Delight: Internationally Acclaimed Soprano, Sarah Fox, To Support In Coro Chamber Choir at Giggleswick

Cowling-based In Coro Chamber Choir are bringing a selection of new and much-loved favourites to St Alkelda's Church, Giggleswick on Friday 10th October.

Featuring classics by Handel, Grieg and Elgar, along with popular songs by Van Morrison and Ivor Novello, the accomplished mixed-voice chamber choir, including voices from across the region, will perform an eclectic mix of sacred and secular music, in up to eight-part harmony.

The choir will welcome renowned English soprano, Sarah Fox to their concert. A former pupil of Giggleswich School and graduate of London University and the Royal College of Music, Sarah is a recipient of both the Kathleen Ferrier and John Christie Awards. She has performed leading roles at the Royal Opera House and Glyndebourne, and her distinguished career has taken her around the world, with regular appearances at the BBC Proms and the Wigmore Hall.
