Rock N Roll Circus Completes Sheffield 2026 Line-Up With Babyshambles, Gurriers And Cruz Beckham

Rock N Roll Circus has completed its Sheffield 2026 bill, with a wave of new additions cementing what organisers are calling the festival's most ambitious line-up to date.

Babyshambles, the cult band fronted by Peter Doherty, will headline Friday night alongside The Streets, who will perform their landmark album A Grand Don't Come For Free in full. UK rap's cult favourite Casisdead, fast-rising indie band The Clause and acclaimed Irish newcomers Gurriers are also among the new additions.

The four-day festival takes place at Don Valley Bowl from Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 August.

Doherty is no stranger to the event, having appeared with The Libertines at the festival's Newcastle debut in 2022 and delivering an acoustic set with Carl Barât in Sheffield last year. "There's something about Rock N Roll Circus that sticks with you," he said. "Bringing Babyshambles into that tent feels like coming back to something special."

Thursday's bill now includes Spanish Horses, featuring Albert Cocker — son of Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker — as well as Cruz Beckham and The Breakers, in what is the David and Victoria Beckham son's first festival announcement of the year with his Britpop-inspired band.

Saturday is headlined by Wunderhorse, with Sunday closing on Richard Ashcroft, supported by The Fratellis, Cast — fresh from their international tour with Oasis — and Embrace. Sheffield favourites Everly Pregnant Brothers also appear on the closing day.

Elsewhere across the weekend, Gene Gallagher's band Villanelle join Sunday's bill, while Friday is further bolstered by genre-blurring songwriter Hak Baker and Sheffield's own Ellur.

The opening night on Thursday also features The Kooks, Milburn and Miles Kane.

Jon McClure of Reverend and The Makers, who headlined the festival last year, said: "Rock N Roll Circus is Sheffield stepping up and saying: this is who we are."
