Creed III (12a)

This spin-off of the legendary Rocky series continues to expand, as the franchise steps out of Rocky Balboa’s shadow. Once again starring Michael B. Jordan (who also directs this time) as Adonis Creed, Creed III sees Adonis Creed still at the peak of his game, but is challenged more than ever, when a former face comes calling in Jonathan Majors’ Damian Anderson, who feels he deserves a shot at fame and glory. Co-starring Tessa Thompson and co-produced by Sylvester Stallone, Creed III is being called an important but necessary moment for this boxing movie franchise.
