Hot Aire! is an exciting concert band, based in Bradford and attracts musicians of all ages. Their wide repertoire includes music from theatre, films and popular music.

They are led by their wonderful Musical Director, Stephen Bradnum an enthusiastic conductor and published composer with experience in playing, leading and teaching music at all levels. In 2024 Hot Aire! will celebrate their 35th Anniversary.

Fresh Aire! is their training band and they play the same styles of music as Hot Aire! but usually slightly easier arrangements. They welcome players of any age whether you are learning a first instrument or you are an experienced player taking on a new instrument. They are led by Barbara Snowden, a qualified music teacher who is highly experienced at leading school and other ensembles.

Hall Royd Band are a local community brass band, who have the mission to entertain the local communities and also train, teach and develop the art of brass and brass playing.

Mark Sherwood, Conductor said:
“They are a charity and Hall Royd Band like nothing more than to play to raise money for other charities. Raising money in aid of BBC Children in Need is a wonderful honour”.

Anyone is welcome to come along to Hall Royd Band as an accomplished player to their Friday band. If you are just beginning they have a learners band on a Monday.

Ilkley Youth Choir and Bradford and Airedale Youth Choir are choirs which are energetic, welcoming, inspiring and open to all young people regardless of previous singing experience. They create the feeling of ‘family’ and help members build friendships that last a lifetime. They are led by Musical Directors Emma and Stephen Bradnum, who also launched Ilkley Stage Singers in January 2022 a performance choir, who specialise in musical theatre and pop repertoire.

Hot Aire! look forward to welcoming you at their fundraising concerts. www.hotaire.org
